Elementary Championship

For the Elementary Championship you must download the Registration Form and Flyer and fill it out completely and mail to:

Registration Forms for this event must be received by 4-12-2010. Forms received after that date DO NOT QUALIFY. Forms will be processed and forwarded onto the tournament organizer that evening. No email entries.

If you sign up for this event and do not show you are responsible for the $25 which must be repaid to the CSCL. Do not sign up unless you are attending!!
